★★★★★ "As a chef instructor, I find the videos both informative and useful. Students now are in the information age and small segmented videos play right into that. Long lectures dont get the point across as well as 15 minute blurbs. I use whatever means at my disposal to ensure I am producing the future trendsetters in the industry. Thanks so much for a great product."

Pros and cons of Culinary Fundamentals - Cooking School app for iPhone and iPad
Culinary Fundamentals - Cooking School app good for
This app is great for beginners to intermediate home cooks to professional cooks. Videos are clear and understandable. The only thing to improve this app are corresponding recipes.
The videos load quickly, despite what others have encountered. The content is great in most cases but some are too brief. Appetizers and you wish youd stayed for the main course. The sections on seafood and vegetables are worth the price. Give it a try.
I learned so much from this app. So many videos covering a lot of techniques. The videos were very informative
I have learned so much from this app, great tips and advice, easy to use.
Great educational value some one who wants to learn good practices.
Some bad moments
I would have hoped to receive more detailed ratios, ingredients, etc. This app has the potential to be great but has missed the mark. Its only ok for VERY beginner cooks. For example, in the video where the chef is making polenta, it is not mentioned how much water to dry polenta. Also, in the brisket video, all we see is a man slicing a piece of meet. You should then explain how to cook it. I wish I could get my money back.
Give $5 to charity instead of throwing it to the wind in this app. Nothing loaded or worked.
Nothing loaded no recipe it is waste of moony I feel that I got robed.
This program did not work for me. Very frustrating considering the price of the app. Based on the other comments it sounds like even if I got the videos working I would be disappointed. Bye bye money :(
Hi guys. just wanted to say you made the great application. I like cooking but I am a newbie in cooking. You make my dreams come true! Thanks.
Great for a newbie cook which I am not. Still rating it 4 stars because I downloaded it yesterday when it was *free*
