Its ok.
In theory the idea of showing the techniques are good, but I found it annoying to watch someone trying to cut food with a dull knife. Please learn to sharpen your knives better. All I can focus on is the terrible thunking noises of the dull knife hitting the cutting board. Also if they try putting a flat damp cloth underneath it prevents the board from moving/wobbling and dampens the cutting noise.
