Doesnt work

I have tried multiple times to download the videos but all I get is a blank screen. I click the option to download all the videos at once and it just takes me to a blank categories screen. I dont even get the option to download individual videos. I thought apple checked that all this worked with their rigorous review process, before allowing it in their store.
