I purchase this app last September and I continually use it both as a reference guide as well as an instructor and coach!! I have yet to come across another app as comprehensive -- watching these videos is like attending professionally taught culinary courses but without the performance pressure!!

If youre looking for an all recipes app, I highly suggest purchase Culinary Fundamentals "sister" app, The Video Cookbook, but if youre looking for instruction on everything from basic cooking knowledge to proper knife (cutting and chopping) skills to food preparation, youll want to download this app then ready yourself for one-on-one culinary instruction!!!
